1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dr. Koren Bedeau (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Dr. Koren Bedeau provides AI consulting, workflow automation, and related services designed to help businesses implement and optimize artificial intelligence solutions. Our services include but are not limited to AI strategy consulting, workflow design, implementation support, and training.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or any other person or entity
  • Use our services to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Collect or harvest any information from our website without authorization

4. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from
Dr. Koren Bedeau. These messages may include transactional, informational, and service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, account notifications, and other operational messages related to your engagement with our services. Marketing or promotional messages will only be sent where you have explicitly consented.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request additional information by replying HELP or by contacting us at hello@drkobedau.com. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other forms of communication unless separately requested.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Dr. Koren Bedau is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier restrictions, network issues, or user device limitations.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or to consent to receive SMS communications from AI Profit Ops LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Dr. Koren Bedau and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Client Deliverables

For consulting and implementation services, ownership of deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their proprietary business data and processes, while we retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

9. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting your confidential business information. We will not disclose any confidential information shared during our engagement except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Koren Bedeau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. Koren Bedeauand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
