She has used somatics to process the impacts of unexpected professional transitions, grief, loss, trauma, romantic disappointment and to find energy and joy for life through it all. Somatics helped her transform her life, and she became a practitioner to help others create the change that they desire. Koren creates safe, grounded spaces for you to be honest about where you are, and begin to reconnect and realign with renewed intention.
Professional Journey to Somatic Work
Dr. Bedeau has served as a compassionate and strategic leader in higher education for over 18 years, holding key roles at the University of Miami, Drexel University, and The George Washington University.
Her career focused on graduate education, leadership development, and programs that support student and faculty success. She has built strategic partnerships with research universities and international institutions—always helping people move toward shared goals with clarity and purpose.
This foundation in leadership and transformation naturally evolved into her current somatic practice, where she now guides individuals through their own personal transformations.
